(wermgr.exe) –> watson.events.data.microsoft.com:443

2, Event Viewer –> Windows 日志，然后点击 应用程序 (Application)。 筛选错误的日志, 把有关的垃圾app给卸载了, 我这里是vivo套件

taskkill /f /im wermgr.exe

3,进入 C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER 清空archive和quene

4, taskschd.msc 任务计划程序库 -> Microsoft -> Windows -> Windows Error Reporting 右击禁用QueueReporting
